I won a beauty contest last month and they offered me free stay at the hostels of Amsterdam, riad in Marrakech and riad in Essaouira. I was accompanied by second runner up, Ms. Ute Jate. We won 5 days stay at these places. I was bit worried that how I am going to manage this trip, as it was my first trip.
Ute is a smart girl; she found all the places to be visited in Amsterdam and Morocco from the internet. She also explored about the hotels where we were staying. At airport, she discussed things with me and I got relax.
At first day, we were tired, so we decided to spend our night in hostel. Ute went out and brought some grocery. In the mean while, I put our clothes in the closets. We cooked the dinner and enjoyed our meal by watching a movie, in the surround s
ound system of hostel. Next day, we took a shuttle service from station; that was only 5 minutes away from our hostel. This shuttle service took us to various tourist destinations. We visited City of Diamonds, Oud-west and Centrum; these places have hidden treasures since ancient times. In evening, we came back to our hostel. We both were dam tired so decided order something to eat at hostel. We asked hostel management for eating facilities and they sent a personal Chef Mr. Fung Lee. He made a Chinese dinner for us, which was quite delicious. Next day, we went to the water park of Amsterdam, we had a great fun over there. We enjoyed our whole day there. In evening we went to different bazaars and enjoyed shopping.
Next day, we left for Morocco. We had our stay at the beautiful riad in Marrakech. Marrakech is the famous and ancient city of Morocco. There we visited different museums, gardens, parks and churches. We enjoyed roaming in the ancient streets of Marrakech, as well. Our flat in the riad, is a master piece. We could see the entire city from the balcony of raid. It was so wide and auspicious. Rooms are well decorated and had stylish furniture. We enjoying washing machine, dishwashers, TV, air conditioner and many other facilities of life.
Our last destination was Essaouira. There we had our stay in riad in Essaouira. The flats were similar to those in Marrakech. We enjoyed camel ride, fish stalls and castles in sand. This journey was quite fascinating and interesting. Especially, the facilities we got at riads are unmatchable.
